  1. Hi, please don’t take offense to this because I’m a guy writing but you seriously have an amazing body. It’s hard to believe that it’s all vegan for the last 15 some odd years??? Have you always had an athletic body? You must be genetically pre-dispose to build muscles, it’s crazy. I’ve tried all kinds of things (natural) and I never got those results. When I have too much beans I just end up putting on body fat more than muscles. Luckily I don’t get gassy …LOL What’s your trick? I can’t do protein shakes because it kills my digestive system. Any advice?

    • I don’t think it is genetics. You simply have to work harder than the guy next to you. As for advice, find protein sources that don’t bother your stomach much. You have all beans, nuts, seeds, tofu, tempeh, seitan, rice protein, pea protein, hemp protein, quinoa, and all the protein naturally found in whole plant based foods. Experiment and see what works best for you.
