Hi Ed
U mentioned in one article a about eating “paleo” in the morning but in your sample plan here u mention oatmeal and blueberries..
So carbs or no carbs? To lose fat of course..
Thanks in advance
Consuming carbs around exercise is the most beneficial time period. If you are not exercising in the morning, staying away from carbs will help with fat loss goals.
I’ve been a vegan for about a year and a half. I love being vegan but I’ve lost a lot of size and strength. any supplement suggestions ? I do a lot of pea protein but that’s about it.
Wife’s been dealing with “Microscopic Colitis”. For two years now. Almost blew her liver up on Lialda in Nov. now. No drugs,…. We eat Organic and she’s responding well off lactose and Gluten… Can you send a few links that might help a brutha out??? Keep fighting that good fight Son!!!
Is your website still running? You lifestyle kind of inspired me. I’m quitting meat and chicken but at the same time I was concerned about getting muscles.
Really inspiring bodybuilder in my opinion, one of the best vegan bodies I ever saw in my life. Ed’s goal and achievements changed my life and I feel like a cleaner person now. He changed my views from using excessive supplements to a healthy person. Judging by his pictures his physical conditioning seems second to none.
I’m a vegan and I do CrossFit 6 times a week. How do I make sure that I’m consuming enough calories to gain muscle and strength? My results so far have been slow gains versus others in my gym that are seeing much more rapid development with similar characteristics as me (except they’re not vegan). I’ve been going consistently now for 6 months. I’m 5 10’, 50, and naturally lean.

I’d like to change my diet to vegan. I am a working professional, but I’ve also competed in model/physique.
Do you do online diet and training programs?
Hello. I just wanted to let you know you inspire me..it’s incredible to see transformations like yourself from a vegan diet. =)

Hi Patrick, check my article at http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/?page=article_ed_010
I’m so amazed by how you built your body on a vegan diet. You are such an inspiration. Thank you.
Hey Ed,
I just watched the Video on Youtube (2011) with the interview you did with vegan shortcake. Love it, you rock 🙂
Thanks Lottie!
Ed, you are a legend. How do I purchase your meal plans?
I’m sorry Nolan, I am not offering meal plans at this time.
Thank you for representing the plant-based community!
What up Homie!!!!
