    First off, just want to say what an inspiration you’ve been.
    I’ve been vegan for about 9 months & trying to bulk up for the past 6. Not having whey / milk is making is quite the challenge.
    You, Jimi Sitko & Derek Tresize have pretty much the ideal physiques as far as vegan athletes go, so thanks for putting yourself out here in the public arena, providing us with so much nutrition & training info 🙂

    So, just wondering – why do you grab your thumbs when flexing your arms? I’ve noticed that in a few of your pics now and am always curious.

    Also – do you specifically work out your traps (shrugs, etc) or is that just from the olympic lifts?
