As the owner of PlantFit Training Studio, I am asking all of you to vote for me (if you haven’t yet). This would be greatly appreciated! 10 pound squat Personal Record, 355lbs at 183lbs bodyweight. As my full time job is running my gym PlantFit Training Studio in Portland, OR., I do not update here regularly, but I wanted to thank you for letting me be an inspiration to those seeking to understand that a vegan lifestyle should in no way hinder your ability to be lean and strong.
